Cassian Andor - His cousin. They grew up close, and Cassian is half the reason Poe decided to move to Wayward Pines after being discharged. Cassian is younger than him but, ANNOYINGLY, TALLER. And frequently ruffles Poe's hair to remind him of this fact.
Caroline Forbes- Poe's ex. They had a casual and then not-so-casual relationship over the course of his visits to Wayward Pines, until he broke it off using the excuse of distance and time separated.
